Inspection and Quote

Harbaz does a full inspection of your paint condition before anything is quoted or booked. The state of your paint determines what prep work is needed, so this step makes sure you get an accurate scope, not a guess.

Full Exterior Wash

The vehicle gets a thorough hand wash using a two-bucket method and pH-neutral shampoo. This removes surface contamination so the decontamination step works the way it should.

Paint Decontamination

An iron fallout remover is applied to dissolve embedded metal particles from brake dust and road grime. Then the paint is clay barred to pull out anything the wash left behind. You cannot coat over contamination and get a good result.

Paint Correction (tier dependent)

Depending on the package selected, a single-stage polish or multi-stage paint correction is performed to level swirl marks and surface defects. Ceramic coating locks everything in, so any defect in the paint stays visible under it permanently.

Ceramic Coating Application

The coating is applied panel by panel in a controlled environment. Each section is leveled before it flashes, then buffed off cleanly. Multiple layers are applied on higher tiers, with flash time observed between each pass to ensure proper bonding.

We do not list prices online because a car that needs heavy paint correction before coating costs more to do right than one that just needs decontamination. A properly applied and maintained ceramic coating typically lasts between 2 and 5 years depending on the product grade, the number of layers applied, and how the vehicle is maintained after application. Higher-tier packages use more durable coating chemistry that extends protection. Regular maintenance washes using pH-neutral products are what keep it performing at the top end of that range.
Plan for a full day. A basic single-layer application with decontamination prep takes 4 to 6 hours. If your paint needs correction first, the job runs 8 to 12 hours or may be split across two days for the Elite Armor package. Rushing the prep or the application compromises the result, so the time it takes is the time it takes.
For the first 7 days, keep the vehicle dry and out of automatic washes while the coating fully cures. After that, wash with a pH-neutral car shampoo every 2 to 4 weeks. Avoid harsh detergents, automatic brush washes, and leaving bird droppings or tree sap to sit on the surface. An annual ceramic coating booster or topper can extend the protection life significantly.
